BRK is known for developing high-performance tuning parts and is always taking on new challenges. With the BRK Racing 80cc cylinder kit, BRK now presents a first-class solution specifically for geared mopeds with Minarelli AM6 engines.
Construction of the BRK cylinder
Visually, the BRK cylinder appears rather inconspicuous, but the impression is deceptive: It is a true "big bore" cylinder. Unlike standard cylinders, which are simply bored out, this cylinder was developed from the ground up as a big bore kit. The generous transfer ports and the specially adapted, performance-enhancing exhaust underscore the sophisticated design.
A reinforced crankshaft should be used for this cylinder kit.
Advantages of the BRK cylinder
- Easy installation : The cylinder is easy to install, as no milling of the engine block is required. The squish band is already optimally adjusted for the respective engine type.
- Impressive performance : On the P4 test bench, peak values of 23 hp and 13 Nm of torque were achieved with a standard setup (24 mm carburetor, original ignition, racing exhaust).
- Robustness and reliability : Thanks to the well-thought-out valve timing, the high cooling volume, the two-piece exhaust and the high-quality Barikit piston , the cylinder offers high reliability - provided the setup is correctly adjusted.

Shipping is currently available to all countries. The shipping costs will be displayed during the ordering process (Germany: standard €5.90 and small items: €3.95; EU countries: standard €13.95 and small items: €5.40; international: €59.90 for 5kg and €39.90 for 2kg). For orders over €100, shipping is free within the EU.
For deliveries to countries outside the European Union, additional costs may arise in individual cases for which we (the seller) are not responsible and which you (the customer) must bear. These include, for example, costs for money transfers through credit institutions (e.g., transfer fees, exchange rate fees) or import duties or taxes (e.g., customs duties).
