This 72cc big-bore cylinder kit from BARIKIT with a 48 mm bore is designed for scooters with Minarelli horizontal AC engines. The robust gray cast iron construction ensures high durability, while the larger bore delivers noticeably more power and torque – ideal for sporty riding pleasure while remaining fully usable for everyday use.
Why the BARIKIT cast iron 72cc Big Bore is so convincing:
The cylinder starts firing powerfully even at lower revs and increases the top speed significantly.
The 7-port transfer port layout with 3-split exhaust is based on the geometry of the aluminum high-performance cylinder, but has been optimized for the thermal properties of gray cast iron – perfect for air-cooled engines with increased loads.
Included is a precision-machined two-ring piston and a matching aluminum cylinder head. Installation is straightforward, and maintenance and adjustment can be performed quickly. Spare parts are readily available. The engine does not require re-spinning.
